Had a nice relaxing evening at Sembuh. Booking was easy, facilities are well maintained, clean and fot for purpose. The communal sauna was hot and quiet, and people were also adhering to the rules. Cold plunge was sufficiently, well, icy cold. Post cold plunge, the warm pool with some jets provided a good relief. The ambience was really chill - beanbags around the pool, co-working space on the 2nd floor and some sun beds. Had a coconut and a matcha with reasonable price. The crew were warm and helpful
Got the chance to go to Sembuh today and it’s amazing! I’ve been to a few recovery places in Bali and this is up there as one of the best. Lovely clean facilities, the area is well thought out and very relaxing. Don’t hesitate to visit, whether it be for relaxing, enjoying the pool or co working. It’s a great place.
