The Sembuh Reset Retreat is a luxury six-day women’s retreat in Uluwatu, Bali, designed for women aged 40+ who are ready to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with themselves. It combines mindset coaching, nutrition, recovery therapies and genuine connection in a supportive, fun environment, leaving women feeling refreshed, empowered and equipped with practical tools they can continue using long after they return home. The retreat is based at the Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort, with many sessions held at Sembuh Recovery next door.
