Frequently asked questions
A few things worth knowing before your first visit.
What are your opening hours?
We're open every day from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, and water are all you need. Robes and towels are also available on-site if you’d rather travel light.
Do I need to shower before using the facilities?
Yes — a quick rinse before entering the pool, sauna, or cold plunge keeps the water and space clean for everyone after you.
What order should I use the facilities in?
There’s no fixed sequence, but most guests move from sauna into cold plunge, then back again — finishing on cold is a common approach for the fullest effect. Staff are on hand if you’d like guidance, especially for a first visit.
How long should each session last?
As a general guide: 10–20 minutes in the sauna, 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge, repeated once or twice depending on how your body responds. Start shorter if it’s your first time.
How are the sauna and cold plunge kept clean?
Both are cleaned between sessions and monitored throughout the day — filtration and temperature are checked regularly to keep the water and air quality consistent.
Are there any health conditions I should be aware of?
If you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or any circulatory concern, we recommend checking with your doctor before using the sauna or cold plunge. The same applies to open wounds or recent surgery — please let our staff know so we can advise.
Is Sembuh open to all ages?
Sembuh is an adults-only space. Guests must be 16 or older — no children or infants permitted, including in the café and co-working areas.
Is contrast therapy safe during pregnancy?
We ask pregnant guests to consult their doctor before using the sauna, cold plunge, or contrast circuit. Rapid shifts in body temperature aren’t recommended during pregnancy, and this is a precaution we take
seriously. The pool and café remain open and welcoming to pregnant guests throughout.
